Today, a client of Tim's began trading publicly. Exact Target was asked to ring the opening bell on the NYSE and Tim was asked to go since he has done so much of their legal work. It was pretty darn exciting to watch CNBC this morning and see people I knew up there on the tower ringing the bell. Tim got to stand with other ET people on the floor right in front of it. He was out to NY and back in about 24 hrs...no kidding. The trip was done in a "New York minute!" He said it was one of the most exciting things he's ever been a part of.
